  Took brakes in for service as they were squealing. Brakes now squeal worse than ever. Bike is unusable. $151 wasted. Would never return.

  Thank you Donna for helping me out of a bind I need a bike box so my sister could take me sin's bike back to Sydney and the customer service I got was fantastic, even this I was not a paying customer they help me out with a bike box . If you need a bike I recommend Rival Bike shop Tingalpa.

  Not happy, the staff where not bad but not helpful either, I had a problem with my bike so I took it in to get fixed, I was told on the phone it was fixed and I could come in to pick up the bike, only to arrive with it not fixed and was told that to fix it they would need to replace the parts. They still had no problems in charging me for the time. So I walked out with the same issue and the cost of their time. Thanks for nothing....
