  I took the car in this afternoon and the service team took a look at it and had a new seat in stock. Half an hour later, they had fitted the new ones and had me under way again. Great service thanks guys!

  We purchased our Commodore in October last year and had neoprene seat covers fitted. The neoprene started to split from the stitching on the passengers front seat, so contacted Holden servicing for advice. They said bring it in and they would look at it under warranty.

  I wouldn't get a reply to my messages, they fooled me around. After i got abusive in one of my messages Reece seemed to reply straight away.

  Horrible service. They had me waiting around for over 1 week for NOTHING. I have evidence to prove all of this! They also tell me stuff i do not know about.

  Buying a new car for me was quiet nerve racking.. I was told by many people horror stories of car salesman antics and bullying tactics to get every last cent from you. This was not the case at Doug Barton. I was serve by a man call Marcus although clearly keen for the sale was not pushy or overbearing. .I found a car , price was agreed on ( very happy with both ) and i was offered surprisingly good trade in on my old car . I change my mind about the colour. Not once but twice. Each time Marcus was able to accommodate me with out a hint of annoyance at my indecision. I was also very impress with the customer service i got on the day of picking up my car. Marcus took me through all the features of my new purchase making sure i had a good knowledge before driving away. He took the time to introduce me to the team who will be looking after the car at the service centre over the next 3 years.. I have absolutely no hesitation at recommending Marcus and Doug Barton and will defiantly make my next purchase here.

  I bought a Hyundai i30 at Bartons a couple a weeks ago and I had a great service. I've been welcomed by Phillip Albrecht who answered all my questions, gave me advices on the car and completed the paperwork. The staff did everything to make the car ready on time despite the tight schedule and I can now enjoy my new car everyday. Thanks to the Bartons team!

  I recently purchased a car through Bartons with the lovely saleswoman Cindy Holloway. It was such a pleasure. Everyone was extremely efficient and friendly. I had my car within a couple of days! Would definitely recommend purchasing a car with them.
