  I live in Sydney and looked into purchasing an investment property within the Wynnum/Manly area. I contacted Martin at Traditional Real Estate regarding a property he had listed on the internet. Martin and the team were very accommodating supplying us with extra photos of not only the house but the surrounding area to the extent that we were confident to purchase the property sight unseen. The deal went through smoothly and we were kept up to speed with the process every step of the way. The day of settlement they had arranged trades people to come in to freshen up the paint, lay new carpets and install new blinds. 3 days later they had a great tenant in place. I flew up a few months later to meet the Martin and have a look at my property and were amazed it was even better than we had imagined. So easy and hopefully next year we will do the same again.
